Clinical Psychology,
In Person and Online

How I Can Help

I am a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Clinical Psychologist providing psychological assessment and therapy in person in Norfolk and online across the UK.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked in the NHS with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. During that time, I've seen how every person's experiences are unique, which is why I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all approach.

I work with adults and young people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with low mood, finding relationships difficult, living with the effects of trauma, or simply feeling that life has become harder to manage than it used to be.

I also work with people experiencing bipolar disorder, dissociative issues, OCD, psychosis, stress and burnout, and major life changes. Whatever has brought you here, we'll work together to understand what's happening and identify the most helpful way forward.

The difficulties mentioned above may not reflect your experience, and you might be wondering if I can help. If this is the case, please feel free to book an assessment so we can discuss what's been happening, and come up with a plan that works for you.

What I Offer

I use a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). As a Clinical Psychologist, I use an integrated approach to ensure that you receive therapy that matches your needs and preferences.

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood and able to be yourself. My aim is to create a calm, collaborative space where we can make sense of what's been difficult and work together towards meaningful change. I offer an affirmative and inclusive approach for people who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent. I recognise that people from these communities may face unique experiences, barriers or challenges in life and I will work with you to ensure that therapy matches your needs and preferences.

If you'd like to learn more about my background and approach, please visit the ‘About Me and My Practice’ page. Alternatively, if you're wondering how I can help, please schedule an assessment via the button below. We can use this time to discuss your situation and agree a plan that works for you.
