I offer psychological assessment and therapy for a range of mental health difficulties. Please see the ‘About Me and My Practice’ page for further information.

I follow the evidence base for each therapy approach, which helps to guide the recommended number of sessions.
However, therapy is different for each person, and the number of sessions required will depend on your individual needs, the difficulties you are experiencing, and your goals for therapy.
To ensure therapy progresses at a pace that feels appropriate for you, I regularly review progress and discuss how treatment is going. We can work together to agree a suitable approach and number of sessions.

Please see the ‘Services and Fees’ section for information about costs.
My fees are set to ensure that you receive high-quality, evidence-based treatment and support. A proportion of fees contributes towards ongoing clinical supervision, professional development and training, helping me to maintain a high standard of care throughout your therapy.

Self-funding clients can pay via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided with your welcome email.
If you are covered by private medical insurance or an employee support scheme, you may have cover for some or all of your session fees. I currently work with clients funded through Aviva, AXA, Bupa, Vitality and WPA.
Please note that you are responsible for any excess or shortfall that is not covered by your insurance policy or employee support scheme.

I take a collaborative, supportive and non-judgmental approach.
At times, therapy may involve gently exploring difficult experiences or considering new perspectives that help you move towards your goals. If I offer challenge within therapy, I will do so in a thoughtful and supportive way, ensuring that you feel guided while maintaining choice and control over the direction of your therapy.
I offer a welcoming and confidential space for people who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent. I recognise that being part of these communities can bring unique experiences and challenges, and I aim to provide an informed and individualised approach that considers your needs.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, particularly if you've never spoken to a psychologist or therapist before. My aim is to create a calm, collaborative and non-judgemental environment where you feel able to talk openly at your own pace.
During our first appointment, we'll spend time understanding what's brought you to therapy, exploring your current difficulties and discussing what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll develop a shared understanding of what's happening and agree the most appropriate way forward.
Therapy isn't about being told what to do. It's a collaborative process, and we'll regularly review how things are progressing to ensure the work remains focused on what matters most to you.
